Its a Reed-Sternberg.

History: Carl Sternberg in 1898 and Dorothy Reed of John Hopkins University in 1902, described the cytologic characteristics of this type of giant cells that must be present for a diagnosis of Hodgkin Lymphoma to be established (along with other findings). They may be hard to find, as they sometimes represent as little as 1% of the lymphoma cellularity; in general they stain positive for CD15, CD30 and negative for CD45.
